Having designed revenue cycle systems for over 7,000 care sites, including collaborations with the top 50 healthcare organizations, Craig’s experience spans the spectrum of the industry. His academic journey, boasting a Masters in Music, a Masters in Organizational Leadership, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration, underscores his multifaceted approach to problem-solving.
I credit my career in revenue cycle to my Mom. As an office manager of a critical access hospital, I witnessed firsthand the heroism she and the people working with her exhibited as they fought on the front lines of the financial war in healthcare, and I realized the difference in people’s lives I could make.

Craig has worked in the Revenue Cycle Management field for more than 10 years. In that time, he has influenced the development and adoption of some of the most influential platforms in the industry, from the most disruptive technologies, to the time-tested and peer-recommended platforms. Throughout his career, he has designed revenue cycle systems for more than 7,000 sites of care. During this time, he has had the opportunity to work with the health systems of all sizes, including the top 50 organizations in the country. Craig holds a Masters in Music, Masters in Organizational Leadership, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration.
